“Your clients — your data.”
Client records for a cosmetologist on an Android tablet, smartphone and Windows. Fully offline: no clouds, servers or fees. Your entire database lives only on your device.
Android — closed testing on Google Play · Windows — available now
A paper journal gets lost, Excel won't hold photos, and salon CRMs charge a subscription for features a solo master doesn't need — while keeping the client base on someone else's servers. CosmetoCard does one thing well: it keeps your records — and gives them to no one.
Contacts, skin specifics, contraindications, and the full history of visits and procedures.
A photo archive per client — kept separate from your phone's personal gallery.
An interactive diagram: mark procedure zones with markers right on the tablet screen.
A calendar of bookings with statuses: planned, done, cancelled.
20 procedures in the starter catalog, with prices and durations — editable to fit you.
A report for a period: how many visits, how much earned.
Entirely. The SQLite database sits on your device, and the backup is in your own hands.
Ukrainian, English, Polish, German; four colour themes — rose, mint, lavender, emerald.
In the beauty field a client base is a master's main asset, and “before/after” photos are sensitive personal data. CosmetoCard is designed so that this data physically never leaves the device: no registration, no accounts, no syncing with someone else's servers. That is the answer to GDPR: we don't process your clients' data, because we never see it.
Google Play release — coming soon. Subscription: monthly or yearly, prices are on the app's Google Play page. No fees taken from your clients, no “per-employee” surcharges.
A full-featured PC version. Licence key — request via Contact.
CosmetoCard is the first product the SensFlow ecosystem took through a full cycle: market research, architecture, code in .NET MAUI and WPF, localization into 4 languages, a UI/UX audit, testing, and preparation for Google Play. Multi-agent pipelines did the work — a human made the decisions. Want the same cycle for your product? Write to us.
We're recruiting the first group of testers for closed testing on Google Play — places are limited. Testers get early access and a direct channel to shape the product.
Leave your contacts — and as soon as Google Play opens testing, we'll send you a personal install link.
