SensFlow — an orchestrator that understands business

A provider-agnostic “brain” (OpenAI or Claude) directs agent teams, checks the result and returns finished documents. You work in an ordinary chat.

Capabilities

Everything for serious work — out of the box

Every feature came from real tasks, not a marketing checklist.

Finished files

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML dashboards — results right away in the format business uses.

Live fact-checking

For law and finance — claims and references verified against real sources before delivery.

Telegram input

Send tasks from your phone via a private bot with an allow-list.

“Stop” button

Interrupt at any moment — the orchestrator stops gracefully and hands control back.

Reasoning without noise

You see the dispatcher’s reasoning and the result; technical logs are behind a separate toggle.

Self-scaling

The system builder assembles a new agent team — roles, instructions and pipeline — for a new class of tasks.

Smart economics

Two models — one team, lower costs

The principle “the expensive model thinks, the cheap one executes”: a powerful “brain” makes the hard decisions, while a cheaper “executor” does the routine. The same result quality — at a noticeably lower token cost.

The brain — a powerful model

Claude or OpenAI plans, decides and verifies — thinking where the cost of error is high.

The executor — an economical model

E.g. Gemini handles volume and routine — fast and several times cheaper per token, without losing quality.

The key advantage

Self-scaling without developers

Set a new, unfamiliar task and SensFlow assembles a new multi-agent system for it: the builder designs the roles, instructions and agent pipeline from proven templates.

No limits and no extra spending on programmers, business analysts or anyone else. And all of it — within your license.

You set a new, unfamiliar task

One that isn’t among the ready-made systems yet.

The platform designs a team

The builder analyzes the task and creates agents, prompts and structure.

A new system — in your arsenal

It’s registered and keeps working. No development invoices.

The pipeline

What happens under the hood

Understanding the task

The brain reads the request and the profiles of all systems, then builds a plan.

Launching agents

The chosen system runs the task through specialized agents in a pipeline.

Critic and verifier

An internal board checks quality, facts and references, and filters out hallucinations.

Assembling the result

Finished files to a single output standard — ready to download.

Privacy

Two levels of privacy

The engine, your files and results stay on the client's machine; we never receive or store your documents. In standard mode, only what must be sent to your chosen AI provider to perform the task goes out, under that provider's terms (on paid APIs, providers do not train on your data).

For strict requirements, a fully local model is available: connect your own on-prem model (Ollama / vLLM), and the content, including documents for analysis, never leaves your perimeter at all.

Reliability

Runs without interruptions

While a task runs, the app keeps the machine awake — work won’t break off if the PC goes idle. And the “brain” always uses the current date and, when needed, checks against up-to-date sources rather than relying on memory.
